I bought the Premium upgrade but do not have access to premium features.
If you have purchased the Premium upgrade but are not able to access premium features, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue.
- Make sure that the account you used to make the purchase is the one currently signed in on your device.
- Restart app or/and device
- On iOS try to restore your purchase from Upgrade screen within the app. More info: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204530
