I bought the Premium upgrade but do not have access to premium features.

If you have purchased the Premium upgrade but are not able to access premium features, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Make sure that the account you used to make the purchase is the one currently signed in on your device.
  2. Restart app or/and device
  3. On iOS try to restore your purchase from Upgrade screen within the app. More info: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204530
